Brazil Nut Parmesan Cheese

1 cup Brazil nuts
1 t. chopped garlic
1/3 t. salt

Process all ingredients in a food processor until fluffy. Note: Brazil nuts do NOT need to be soaked as they contain no enzyme inhibitors (hazel nut too)
